Tiku will be tasked with making the streaming platform more interactive
DAZN Group has apppointed Sandeep Tiku as its chief technology officer.
Tiku will be charged with developing its streaming platform as it aims to become more interactive - integrating parts of its new business plan that includes betting, gaming, and e-commerce.
Tiku joins with experience at a number of betting and gaming companies, including most recently as COO at Entain - where he spent eight years in various roles working with brands in over 30 markets. At Entain he worked alongside current DAZN Group CEO Shay Segev, taking over from Segev as COO when he became Entain CEO.
Tiku has also worked at betting firm bwin, and spent 14 years at global digital agency Valtech.
This appointment comes less than six months after DAZN launched innovation hub DAZN X, with the aim of adding more interactivity and engagement to its platform.

He will be invaluable as we expand our offering with even more ways to entertain and engage sports fans and forge ahead with transforming the global sports market.”
