Baaeed horse racing Ascot Champions Day

British Champions Day has unveiled its broadcasters for 2022, with the event taking place tomorrow, 15 October. 

Regarded as the season finale, the meet at Ascot will see £4 million in prize money spread over six races. This year, the “world’s best” racehorse, Baaeed, will feature at the event.

Champions Day will be available in 150 territories, including on ITV in the UK. Racecourse Media Group and its agency HBA Media have secured eight new broadcasters for the meet this year, across India, South-East Asia, Scandinavia, Baltics, Western Europe, Eurasia, and China.

Fox Sports will air it in the US, ESPN / Star+ in Latin America, SuperSport in Africa, Sony in India and the subcontinent, and Viaplay in Europe.
