The graphics and VFX specialist has moved into a 1,644m² office near Farringdon
VFX house Territory Studio has opened a new London HQ, just outside Farringdon. The studio significantly expands Territory’s capacity and production capabilities.
The studio is 1,644m² and spans two floors, accommodating up to 200 permanent staff.
Territory has grown significantly over the last 12 months, triggering the need to move on from its previous office of five years. The company has also recently opened new locations in Barcelona and Munich.
Tom McLoughlin, managing director at Territory Studio, said: “The breadth of projects taken on by the studio over the past two years has been incredible, driving a rapid expansion in our team. London remains one of Europe’s leading cities in film, TV, video games and technology, and we’re pleased to contribute to its booming creative economy.”
David Sheldon-Hicks, founder of Territory Studio, added: “This new studio will serve as the HQ for Territory Studio’s growing, global presence – a new home for our expanding team of creatives. By investing in new infrastructure and creative talent, we’re aiming to fuel even more growth, tapping into the high level of ingenuity the industry has to offer.”
Territory Studio has recently delivered motion graphics and titles work for The Batman (pictured below), Man Who Fell to Earth, Kingdom of Dreams and an interactive installation for Jurassic World: Dominion.
