Sharon Fuller has joined the board of post-production house Sticks & Glass as a non-executive director. She will take up her position from January 2023.

Fuller is co-founder of sports agency Rational Collective and was formerly chief content officer at eSkootr Championship; global head of central content creation at Red Bull Media House; and an executive at BBC Sport.

Sticks & Glass describes Fuller’s role as a “key appointment underlining our ambitious growth plan for the business.”

The company was founded by Adam Bennett and Martin ‘Verdy’ Oliver in 2018, and is based in the centre of Leeds. Its service offering spans post-production, sound design, live streaming and remote edit facilities.

Its client base includes IMG, DAZN, FIFA and NBC Sports.

The facilities at Sticks & Glass include a voice over, commentary and podcasting booth, a Dolby Atmos dubbing suite, a new colour grading suite, MCR, acoustic rooms and six online edit suites.

Bennett said: “Sharon has been an amazing ally of ours for years, and finally being able to bring Sharon into the team in a formal capacity is super exciting for the next chapter of S&G’s growth.”
