The National Film and Television School (NFTS) is putting on a free event for anyone interested in a career in sports production.

The ‘open day’ event takes place at the London Stadium in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London from 6:30-9pm on Thursday 22 September 2022. The NFTS is using the event to promote its Sports Production Diploma, which trains students on the editorial skills required to produce sports, live events coverage and highlights.

The Sports Production Diploma is delivered in partnership with IMG, with the next intake of students due to start in January 2023.

During the open day you will find out about careers in sports production as well as more details about the Sports Production diploma and what it can do for your career.

NFTS says: “[sports production] is an incredibly exciting and varied career path that includes meeting and interviewing athletes and sports personalities, creating features and highlights and co-ordinating coverage of sports events.”
