Brennan was part of team that created the women’s football brand
Footballco has appointed Morgan Brennan as head of its women’s football brand Indivisa.
Indivisa launched in March of this year, and includes lifestyle and community content alongside news, game coverage and premium storytelling on Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
Prior to this appointment, Brennan was a creative at Footballco and part of the team that created Indivisa, and pushed Footballco to cover both the grassroots and elite game - which formed a key part of Indivisa. She has also worked at fashion brand ASOS.
Brennan said: “Women’s football is at one of the most important times for its development, especially at the elite level, with this year’s Women’s Euro proving to be a huge success and next year’s Women’s World Cup being able to carry that momentum forward.
“At the same time, this surge in popularity is having a hugely positive impact on global growth of grassroots football which plays an important role in fostering fandom and acting as a home to the women’s football community.
“Working across Indivisa has allowed me to work with a number of talented female and non-binary creators who can tell these stories in ways and through a lens rarely used in traditional football media.
“I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue this growth and the support shown by the community and the brands we’ve been working with.”
James Lamon, SVP of content and creative at Footballco said: “Morgan is a talented creative, grassroots organiser, and former social manager, so running the Indivisa brand was a natural next step.
“With women’s football reaching more fans than ever, the opportunity is now. Morgan’s passion and vision will propel the Indivisa brand to serve and reflect the modern women’s football fan.”
