The digital content agency will handle channel management on YouTube for the new American football league.
Little Dot Studios and the European League of Football have signed a partnership for channel management on YouTube.
The digital content agency will aim to grow the American football competition’s reach on the platform, once its inaugural season starts on 19 June. The European League of Football joins Serie A, The FA, and Formula E in Little Dot’s portfolio.
Eight teams will be involved in the debut European League of Football campaign, with six from Germany and one each from Spain and Poland.
Nils Franck, general manager of Little Dot Studios Germany, said: “Little Dot Studios and the European League of Football are building a strong team. Together we will bring this unique brand to the fans and those who want to become fans. Furthermore, the cooperation is an excellent example of how synergies between Little Dot Studios in Germany and the UK can lead to great results. Sport is definitely a future growth area for us in Germany.”
Zeljko Karajica, managing director of the European League of Football, added: “Our goal is to anchor professional American Football in Europe. To this end, we are also networking with experts in their respective fields. Little Dot Studios, with its international experience in the sports sector on the one hand and its presence in the German market on the other hand, is a perfect fit for our digital brand strategy.”
In addition to YouTube coverage, the European League of Football has agreed a deal with StreamAMG to provide live streaming and on-demand content from matches.
