BT TV adds Eurosport to packages for no extra cost

BT TV has added Eurosport 1 and 2 to its Big Sport and VIP packages at no extra cost.

This means that customers who subscribe to those packages will now have access to the Tokyo Olympic Games this summer, as well as snooker, cycling, tennis, athletics, winter sports and motor racing.

On-demand content from the channels will also be available through BT Player, and Eurosport content can be accessed remotely through the BT TV app.

Eurosport 1 and 2 will be available on channels 412 and 413, and customers on the VIP package will also be able to watch both channels in HD at 435 and 436.

The VIP package, which also includes entertainment and Sky Originals from channels including Sky Atlantic and Sky One, all Sky Cinema channels, 11 Sky Sports channels, and four BT Sport channels, stays at £65-a-month.

Meanwhile, Big Sport, which has the Sky Sports and BT Sports channels, is currently half price at £20-a-month and will later revert to £40-a-month.
