Pair could face each other in PSG’s friendly against an all-star team created from Saudi sides Al-Hilal and Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr
beIN Sports has acquired the rights to air PSG’s friendly match against Riyadh All-Stars, a team created from Saudi sides Al-Hilal and Al-Nassr.
Taking place at the King Fahd International Stadium on 19 January, the match could see Lionel Messi face off against Cristiano Ronaldo, with the latter having recently joined Al-Nassr. Kick off is at 5pm GMT. Al-Nassr coach Rudi Garcia has confirmed that Ronaldo will be playing.
beIN will air the match in all of its territories, across MENA, Asia, Australasia, Turkey, North America, and France. The match will also be streaming on PSG social media channels and PSG TV.
Messi comes into the match having just won the World Cup with Argentina for the first time, while Ronaldo’s Portugal were knocked out at the quarter-final stage by Morocco.
