What Happens in Kavos is to return to Channel 4 for an extended second run.
The Dragonfly-produced series will delve deeper into the experience of young British holidaymakers in Kavos when it returns early next year.
What Happens in Kavos launched earlier this year as a three part series and will return with a longer run, although C4 is yet to confirm the number of episodes.
What Happens in Kavos, which was broadcast in a 10pm slot and drew an average audience of 1.7m (9.64%), attracted attention due to the graphic scenes of injuries from sexual activity and hedonistic behavior.
Head of factual entertainment Liam Humphreys and factual entertainment commissioner Tina Flintoff ordered the show.
Flintoff said: “The show has caught the imagination of our core audience of 16-34 year olds and has generated an interesting debate about the lives and loves of young Brits who seem to be seeking more extreme ways to keep themselves entertained than ever before’’.
Dragonfly head of factual entertainment Tamara Abood is executive producing the series which will go into production in the summer.
