Brief Complete audio and picture post on an eight-part documentary series about urban explorers.

How it was done The nature of the series meant a significant amount of drone footage of urban skylines was used. For the grade, senior colourist Adam Dolniak gave the images a vibrant look, using Baselight’s shape and gradient tools to add splashes of colour. To build tension, interior shots were darkened and made more unnerving through the addition of greens and blues in the shadows and yellow in the highlights. Dolniak also worked hard on matching the Arri Alexa-shot footage to the drone and GoPro acquired images. Phitz Hearne mixed the series on Avid Pro Tools 12, making use of the iZotope RX5 audio repair editor. Tris Lancey completed the online in Avid Symphony.
