Soho facility Fifty Fifty is managing and post-producing its first rig show.

The 6 x 60-minute I’ve Got Something To Tell You, from Zig Zag Productions for UKTV channel W, features an eight camera ISO feed and an additional mix of Canon C300, GoPro and DJI Phantom drone footage.

Fifty Fifty managing director Cara Kotschy said: “Richard Folley joined the team several months ago as head of production, with a wealth of experience working on similar projects, including 24 Hours In A&E, and knew exactly how to manage the rig show format.”

Working with recording system FrameTrunk, the show was recorded for 10 hours a day onto 100TB of nearline storage, which was simultaneously backed up in two locations.

Media was then delivered daily to ongoing edits in London.

Metadata tagging enabled Fifty Fifty to deliver an offl ine/online workfl ow across both live records and PSC footage.

The series will air in the Autumn.
