TVT has made two additions to its management team with Andy Steele and Hayden Punter joining the Chiswick-based media services firm.
They have been recruited to help the company with the next stage of its international growth.
Andy Steele joins TVT as vice president of global operations. He previously held the role of vice president of global markets operations at BBC Worldwide where he was responsible for operations across all product verticals.
Prior to that, he was operational manager at Red Bee Media where he worked across a roster of clients including Channel 5, Flextech/Virgin Media and Channel 4.
Hayden Punter has taken on the role of vice president of finance and resources. He has been tasked with managing and strengthening TVT’s internal management reporting.
He previously held the position of finance director at video on demand service provider FilmFlex.
“I am delighted to be welcoming both Andy and Hayden on board to the TVT team at such an exciting time for the company as we drive international expansion and gain traction in markets across the world,” said TVT chief executive Ian Brotherston.
“The proliferation of content has never been greater and it is clear that as the demand for quality video increases, the nimble and efficient management, curation and delivery of media is a critical enabler in today’s television industry.
“TVT is in a great position to help broadcasters and content owners succeed in this content-driven environment and both Andy and Hayden will play a key role in enabling the company to continue as a trusted partner to new and existing customers.”
