London post-production houses Arena Digital and London Post (both part of the Television Set Group) are the latest to expand their capabilities with extra kit.

Arena Digital has installed a Smoke system in response to growing demand from its broadcast clients for an additional system. It will be used for for graphics and effects on dramas and documentaries.

Parent company Television Set decided to opt for Smoke after assessing a number of systems at last year's IBC show and decided to purchase a system for its other facility, London Post, at the same time. London Post, which specialises in short-form and graphics work, will integrate its Smoke with an existing Flint VFX system.

The system will be used mainly for promos and title work.
