Brief Manage post-production, including editing, grading and audio mixing, for this six-part factual series, in which professional nanny Kathryn Mewes helps parents manage their out-of-control children.

How it was done After assembly by multiple editors, Rapid colourist Matt Eversfield graded the series in Nucoda Film Master.

He boosted the colour palette to create a bright and dynamic look. It was then passed on to the Avid Symphony Nitris HD to be onlined.

The Three Day Nanny’s audio was mixed by Steve Crook using Avid Pro Tools HD.

The documentary nature of the material and the unpredictable nature of children produced a lot of background noise.

Crook and the sound team employed audio repair and enhancement software iZotope RX for de-noising and to create a smoother finish.
