Picture post facility The Look has purchased a Quantel Pablo Rio colour correction and finishing system.

The Pablo Rio will operate alongside The Look’s two existing Quantel Pablo systems and Neo control panel.

Owner of The Look and senior colourist Thomas Urbye said: “The addition of Pablo Rio 4K is going to make a huge difference to all our clients and our workflow.

“I love the Neo panel, and believe it to be the best-designed and fastest panel on the market, and with the power of the new Pablo Rio working with our existing Pablos we can take on the most demanding of projects, whether that be artistically or through technical challenges.”

The Look works across TV, features and commercials. Its TV credits include Last Tango in Halifax, The Fades (pictured), Top Boy, Quirke and Whitechapel.

Quantel sales director Martin Mulligan added: “We are delighted that The Look has chosen to add Pablo Rio to give them the ultimate productive workflow for all their 2D and S3D projects as this top quality facility looks ahead to a busy and successful 2014.”
