Bournemouth VFX house adds to its roster of producers

Outpost fay hancocks

Bournemouth-based Outpost VFX has taken on Fay Hancocks as VFX producer.

After graduating from Bournemouth University’s National Centre for Computer Animation in 2008, she worked at MPC and Double Negative, in London and Vancouver.

Her credit list includes Star Trek: Beyond, Total Recall and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2.

At Outpost, Hancocks will work across feature film, high-end TV and commercials.

Gez Hixson, head of production at Outpost VFX, said: “Fay’s experience is really valuable and will add even more strength to our world-class production team as we continue to grow and develop in 2018.”

Hancocks is the latest VFX producer to take up post at Outpost VFX, following Andy Burrow and Josh Sykes who joined last year.

Recent productions at Outpost VFX include 47 Meters Down, Life, Nocturnal Animals, Philip K Dick’s Electric Dreams and The Mercy.
