Ian Puszet joins as chief customer success officer, with Karoline Storbråten and Joachim Ringstad promoted to the team.
Augmented reality and virtual production specialist Pixotope has strengthened its leadership team with a new hire and two promotions.
Ian Puszet becomes the company’s chief customer success officer after a decade at Avid, where he led the global customer care team as a vice president. He has also worked for Abekas Cox, Leitch and Harris Broadcast, and at Pixotope will drive customer success initiatives, align departments with a customer-centric culture and build relationships with its current and potential customers.
Puszet said: “Regardless of the business, customers expect a consistent and seamless experience from the brand – this will be one of my main goals at Pixotope.”
Meanwhile, Karoline Storbråten becomes regional sales manager for Southern Europe, after originally joining the company as sales & marketing manager in May 2020. She will oversee daily and long-term sales operations in hubs such as France, Spain, Italy, and Portugal.
In addition, Joachim Ringstad becomes regional sales manager for the Nordics and Benelux after five years with the company. He will aim to expand Pixotope’s customer base and achieve sales in nations such as Sweden, Denmark and the company’s home, Norway.
Marcus B. Brodersen, CEO of The Future Group, which Pixotope is a part of, said: “Virtual production solutions have certainly seen a huge increase in popularity, particularly due to the onset of the pandemic, and growing demand will continue to disrupt traditional content creation and delivery.”
