Molinare recruits Tom Woodall as head of picture facilities

Molinare has appointed Tom Woodall as head of picture facilities. He joins from Coda Post Production where he was head of operations.

The position of head of picture facilities is a new role at Molinare – the company says it’s “essential to creating bespoke and robust workflows, overseeing all projects run smoothly and accurately, and ensuring our clients and vendors’ requirements are met.”

Woodall will work closely with Molinare director of technology and visual services Darren Woolfson to bolster and expand the company’s in-house and remote picture services.

Woodall says: “With facility-wide upgrades planned for 2021, strengthening teams to ensure our talent pool is as diverse as possible, and embracing new technologies, we plan to be at the forefront of innovative film making.”

Woolfson adds: “I am incredibly excited about Tom’s arrival at Molinare. We have created this new position in order to bring together our online, grading and VFX departments and I have enormous confidence that Tom’s experience and expertise will bring success to the role.”
