Media systems integrator had been based in Golden Square, Soho since 2014
Jigsaw24 Media is relocating its office to 10 Whitfield St, Fitzrovia, after eight years in Soho.
The company’s media division had been based in Golden Square since 2014, with reseller Root 6 joining in 2017 after its acquisition, but will move to Fitzrovia on a ten-year lease from next month. The broader Jigsaw24 head office will remain in Nottingham.
At Golden Square, Jigsaw24 had access to office space for 50+ employees, a pre-build and testing area for the professional services division, technology demonstration rooms for the presales department, and training and event centres. However, this was spread over four floors, and the building configuration presents significant limitations for the business.
In its new home, the company has 3500 sq ft of open space all on the ground floor. It has also just undergone a comprehensive refurb, and has a reception, concierge services, cycle storage and end of journey facilities - as well as a ‘very good’ BREEAM environmental rating.
Preparations for the move have been underway since August, and the move will go through in the first week of November. Customer support will continue with no interruption during the move, as will the company’s range of virtualized demonstrations provided by team members based in Nottingham, Glasgow, Manchester, Cardiff and Bristol. On-premise video and audio workflow demonstrations will resume by mid-November in Fitzrovia.
Jason Cowan, business development director for Jigsaw24 Media, said: “Our primary motivation behind this move was to create an environment conducive to collaboration.
“The industry, and our role in it, has shifted enormously over the last eight years – as has the way we work. Our new premises will provide us with a flexible space that can accommodate changing needs rather than restricting our activities based on how many people we can fit into each room and onto each floor.”
