Sohonet’s Chuck Parker to become executive chairman

Parker takes on the role having served as non-executive chairman on the company’s board for the past year. In the past, Parker has also held the position of chief revenue officer at ad-insertion technology firm Unicorn.

Sohonet chief executive officer Dave Scammell said: “As we expand our renowned Sohonet Media Network further into the cloud and grow our range of specialist, media-aware IaaS [infrastructure as a service] offerings, Chuck will drive these new offerings to market and ensure they are well tuned to the needs of our expanding client base.”
