BSkyB kicks off its new-look Sky News on Monday (24 October) at 6am with new signing Eamonn Holmes and Lorna Dunkley presenting Sunrise. The channel will unveil a new multimillion-pound studio and revamped programming schedule. Other new signings include James Rubin, the former chief spokesman for Bill Clinton, who will host evening international show World News Tonight while former Labour MP Oona King and Michael Howard's former political secretary Rachel Whetstone have been brought on board as contributors to Julie Etchingham's new weeknight programme, The Sky Report.
