Procam Television has launched a new lighting division.

Prolight & Power has been set up with an initial investment of £300,000, with another investment round scheduled for the second quarter of the year.

In addition, Procam has won a contract to supply kit, crew and digital imaging technicians for ITV1 talent show series Superstar.

Prolight & Power will supply location lighting for the series.
