Quantel has launched a new Neo control panel for its Pablo grading system at NAB.

Developed with the help of leading colourists, the panel boasts OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) screens, one-touch menu control and right/left hand operation.

Neo also features a range of pre-defined shapes that can be modified from the panel and 2.5 inch trackballs that have twice the mass of standard units for smoother, more precise operation

Even though it only launched at the Las Vegas technology exhibition this week (April 11-17), Quantel has already sold 10 units.

Quantel also unveiled Quattro, a new software upgrade that will make the eQ, iQ and Pablo work with the AAF-based conform of Final Cut Pro offline projects.
