The NEP Group has bought OB companies Outside Broadcast and RecordLab TV & Media as the USheadquartered firm continues with its recent run of acquisitions.

Belgium- based Outside Broadcast provides OB services (pictured) and studio production through its Insight Studios division. It also supplies ENG kit, news crews and post-production services through its Mediasense operation. Record- Lab, which is based in Germany, provides OB services for the sport and entertainment industries. In February, NEP acquired Ireland’s Screen Scene Group. It has also recently purchased Sweden-based OB firm Mediatec Group.
