The company said the move will make it easier for clients to deal with the different departments within Lipsync and will help to save on day-to-day running costs.
The move will not affect head count or building space.
Jon Diamond, the managing director of The Lipsync Group, said: “We're bringing everything under one roof to streamline the business and better serve our clients.
"While it made sense previously to run each company as a separate business, we are seeing more and more overlap between divisions, particularly for feature film projects. Dealing with one company makes it easier and more cost-effective for our clients.”
Lipsync has recently worked on C4's Red Riding Trilogy (pictured) and How To Lose Friends And Alienate People.
