Sohonet has appointed Richard Linecar to the new position of international sales manager.

His role includes overseeing sales, business development and marketing for the company's high-bandwidth data management services and production workflow consulting.

Linecar previously headed European operations for Sonic Solutions.

Sohonet provides direct access to a private high-speed network built specifically for production and post-production.
