Jelly Television has created the graphics and title sequence for BBC2's new natural history series, Bill Oddie Back in the USA. Graham Watts designed and directed the titles, in which Oddie's scrapbook comes to life, complete with snakes, spiders and scorpions. Real creatures were filmed against blue-screen at Farm Studios, then composited into high-res graphic background plates using Photoshop. 3D animator Ricky Spence modelled the CGI components in Maya Unlimited and used Smoke to create the animation. The 6 x 30-minute series is on BBC2 at 8.30pm.
