Brief Picture and audio post on the 10 x 60-minute reimagining of Robert Louis Stevenson’s classic novel The Strange Case Of Dr Jekyll And Mr Hyde.

How it was done With the story set in 1930s London, colourist Aidan Farrell graded the drama with Nucoda Film Master, pushing the grade to the extreme and pulling out as much colour as possible to create a saturated, graphic novel-style look and a Victorian postcard texture. Head of audio Nigel Edwards and The Farm’s audio team track-layed and mixed the series in Pro Tools 11, working in conjunction with the graphics house, Double Negative, to complete the individual sound designs for each monster. Clyde Kellett completed further effects work and the online using DS Nitris. Portia Napier was the post supervisor.
