Brief Design and produce titles, content graphics and stings for the 6 x 60-minute series.

How it was done Designer Alex Dilworth worked with Jos Taylor to produce a stop-motion title sequence that shows a Union Jack being ripped to reveal images of different culinary influences over the centuries.

The sequence was shot using a Canon 5D Mk II and created in Adobe CS5 and After Effects.
