Chance to voice views on distribution market operating in a Covid-19 world - deadline Friday 13 August
Broadcast has today launched the 2021 Distributors Survey and is calling on sales companies to enter.
The annual survey provides a comprehensive look at the UK’s £2bn distribution landscape, capturing companies’ international and domestic revenues and catalogue sizes.

To take the survey, companies must be based or headquartered in the UK and the deadline for submissions is Friday 13 August 2021.
With last year’s distribution revenues hitting £1.88bn, the survey will reveal how the global Covid-19 pandemic impacted bottom lines and business models.
It will also provide colour on how the international distributors harnessed buyers’ thirst for content during the international production hiatus.
The 5% increase in revenues in 2020 reflected a “business as usual” approach by distributors as sales moved online during the pandemic – though most of the data referred to the period directly before Covid-19 and this will be brought into sharper focus in 2021.
This year’s survey will have a different look to its predecessors with consolidation and new entities changing the complexion of the UK distribution market.
