Inside Monaco outfit and eOne behind US dating format with a twist
Spun Gold has emerged as one of the co-producers behind forthcoming racy TLC/Discovery+ dating series Milf Manor.
The ten-part dating series sees women from across the US head to Mexico to find a lasting connection with eight younger men at the resort.
Milf Manor features older women from a range of backgrounds including a 47-year-old fitness studio owner living in Miami, a 50-year old “disco mommy” from Orange County, and a 59-year-old fitness instructor and singer from Los Angeles.
A recent trail for the show ended with a shocking revelation for the group of women.
“Older men have been dating younger women for generations and no one bats an eye,” said Spun Gold managing director Daniela Neumann. “Now it’s women’s turn to feel empowered. It’s a recipe for love, jealousy, drama, and fun.”
Spun Gold produces alongside eOne. Neumann will exec produce the series with chief exec Nick Bullen and Jane Glasson for Spun Gold TV. EOne’s global unscripted president Tara Long will also exec produce alongside colleagues Gennifer Gardiner, Madison Merritt, Richard Hall and David Cortez. Joanna Collins will exec for Discovery.
The co-executive producers are Wendi Wan, Tony Croll, the producer is Alejandro Vazquez Saldana and the consulting producer is Alastair Surprise.
Global distribution will be handled by eOne.
