Comedian will front next month’s ceremony
Sue Perkins will front this year’s Broadcast Awards on 8 February, celebrating the very best in British programming and channels.
The comedian, presenter and author recently fronted the Netflix series Perfectly Legal and hosts the popular hobby podcast series At Your Leisure with Sue Perkins.
She will preside over the annual event, which features an eclectic shortlist with Am I Being Unreasonable? (BBC / Boffola), Then Barbara Met Alan (BBC / Dragonfly & One Shoe Films and Big Zuu’s Big Eats (Dave / Boom) each scoring two nominations apiece, with Apple TV+ making its Broadcast Awards debut for Bad Sisters (Merman) and Lovely Little Farm (Darrall Macqueen).
