Former head of CGI at MPC (Moving Picture Company) Dominic Buttimore has left to start up a production company called Th1ng ('Thing One'), which will specialise in animation and mixed media directors. In Leeds, post house Mezzo has hired Paul Peppiate as head of design. Peppiate was a partner in Peppiate-Sharpe Design which closed in November last year. And the exchange of talent between One Post and The Hive continues. Following on from the recent move of Phil Hurrell and his partner Howard Bell to The Hive, David Child is joining One Post as head of 3D.
