DVD outfit The Pavement has poached DVD and post-producer Kristy Garland from Stream Digital Media (part of Ascent Media). Garland has worked with several large clients while at Stream, including Entertainment Rights, Buena Vista and Universal and, according to Pavement director Kristen O'Sullivan, she 'understands the intricacies of post, so she will be key in developing the Pepper/Pavement relationship'. The Pavement has recently moved premises (in north London) and can now offer post-production services after entering into a partnership with Pepper Post Production.
