Last week saw the momentous first meeting of the industry-wide Coalition for Change, as 33 influential industries figures – hailing from the major broadcasters, industry bodies and freelancer groups – met via Zoom to discuss how to tackle bullying in the workplace.

This week, the Broadcast Newswrap catches up with Adeel Amini, the freelance producer whose tireless campaigning led to the creation of the coalition, to find out what went down. Adeel also tells Broadcast reporter Hannah Bowler how the initiative got off the ground and where he hopes it can take the UK production business.
