Filmscape Studios has appointed Suzanne Baker-Downes as studio director.

Baker-Downes, who previously worked as studio manager at Waterloo Film Studios, will drive an expansion plan under which the company will develop additional studios with increased crewing, lighting and camera facilities.

Managing director Kevin Harvey said: “Despite the current financial issues facing the industry, we’ve found the demand for our services to be on the rise, and we believe that now is the time to meet the challenge.”
