Titles and GFX Mighty Giant for CBBC

Brief Provide picture and sound post production for the 10-part CBBC series, plus titles, graphics and on-screen architecture.

How it was done Mighty Giant’s Andy Horan designed the titles, using After Effects to combine footage that was rotoscoped and tracked using SynthEyes with CSO (colour separation overlay) sequences.

The 3D explainers were designed and produced by creative director Jonathan Ashworth, using Cinema 4D.

Timeline edited the footage at full resolution, with four suites connected to Isis storage on a shared network.

The online edit and grade were completed by Duncan Bragg and Eben Clancy, using Avid Symphony.

The audio was designed and mixed by Richard Lee and Dan Piggott in Timeline’s Pro Tools theatre.
