Envy has hired Paul Fallon, the grader on Talkback Thames' The Apprentice and the BBC's The Thick of It, as a senior colourist.

Fallon joins from Evolutions where he was a colourist for three and a half years.

Before this he worked at Wisemans and Complete Post. He began his career as an online editor.

He will join the grading team at Envy's Rathbone Place facility.
