BBC acting director of Vision Roger Mosey has been re-elected to the European Broadcasting Union’s (EBU) executive board.
Mosey will sit for on the board for a two-year term with eight senior executives from eight European broadcasters.
The board will continue to be led by Jean-Paul Philippot of Belgian broadcaster RTBF, and Claudio Cappon of Italy’s RAI, who were re-elected in the summer.
The other board members are: Cilla Benko (SR/Sweden); Petr Fedorov (RTR/Russia); Rachid Faïçal Laraichi (SNRT/Morocco); Remy Pflimlin (FT/France); Andrzej Siezieniewski (PR/Poland); Themis Themistocleous (CyBC/Cyprus); Ulrich Wilhelm (ARD/Germany); Alexander Wrabetz (ORF/Austria).
The executive board is responsible for ensuring the implementation of the EBU’s strategy and policy.
