Shooting HD video with a DSLR digital stills camera is set to be one of the hottest discussion topics at next week’s Broadcast Video Expo 2010 (BVE).
The show floor will feature specialist exhibitors such as Canon, Tiffen, Rosco, Manfrotto and Kata and other suppliers of associated lights, sound recording and storage technology, and grip equipment.
Distributor Pyser-SG will launch a Vocas 15mm rail support system for DSLRs, while Park Cameras will provide a team of product experts to demo various options to visitors.
At the same time, The Production Show’s Production Theatre will feature a DSLR Cinematography Workshop on each day of the show run in association with F-Stop Academy.
There is also a series of free seminars scheduled for Thursday (18 February), with sessions to include Beginner’s Guide to Video DSLR and Filters for DSLR HD Video.
BVE 2010 takes place 16-18 February at Earls Court 2 in London.
