Deluxe has acquired Sfera, a cloudbased localisation platform and distributed services firm.

Following the deal, Deluxe has formed Deluxe Localization to offer language translation, accessibility, subtitling and dubbing services.

Sfera’s platform and tools will provide the asset management, workflow and translation management, automated quality control and real-time analytics.

Deluxe senior vice-president of worldwide localization Ron Horwitz said: “Combining Deluxe Localization with Sfera gives our clients more capacity, more security and more skilled resources to localise content than they’ve ever had access to before.”
