Dashwood Cinema Solutions has released a plug-in pack that will give users of After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Motion and Final Cut Express a range of stereoscopic 3D mastering tools.

Created by founder Tim Dashwood, Stereo3D Toolbox is an FxFactory powered plug-in that allows artists to output their media to a range of stereo 3D formats including side by side, over/under, checkerboard, interlace and anaglyph.

It can also manage the demuxing of side by side, interlace and over/under formatting.

Compositing features and capabilities include keyframeable x, y, z-axis convergence, individual left/right eye scale, color correction, selective flip/flop, reframing and “auto scale” compensation.

Other features include individual image controls for balancing left and right eyes to each other and customizable anaglyph controls

Support is provided for Cineform’s Neo3D and the Inition Stereobrain Processor.

Stereo3D Toolbox FxPack costs US$389.
