How was it done: Byron Wooffindin, Jason Watts and Steve Murgatroyd used Smoke and Flame to create over 100 effects shots. These ranged from green-screen compositions to explosions using practical elements and CGI. The single-camera shot programme was directed by Ben Gregor.
