Project Poltergeist is a Horizon episode from documentary outfit Dox about neutrinos - sub-atomic particles which are emitted from the sun and may explain the origins of the universe. Clear Cut Pictures has created graphic content and producer David Sington explained: "We had to find a way to visualise the invisible. The brief was to get away from the familiar but misleading image of particles as billiard balls in space. What Clear Cut came up with was a funky blend of animation to tell the story and a novel visualisation of the strangeness of the quantum realm." Paul Chandler used Maya Unlimited for the 3D work, Combustion and Shake for compositing and After Effects to treat some shots.
