422 London creative director Simon Clarke has quit the company to set up his own design facility. Clarke, who has a background in creating visual effects work for science-based programmes, spent four years at 422 but felt he wanted to offer producers a different way of working. Clarke Associates will operate within facility house X-ray FX in Soho with a team of producers, designers, animators and compositors who will focus on design and visual fx work for both broadcast and commercials.
