Communications company Cheerful Scout is moving to Noho. The new premises in Riding House Street, W1 will occupy five floors and forms part of a£500,000 investment. The company will now be a ?full-service facility', with multimedia and TV development arms. New personnel will be hired for in-house editor positions, development and graphic designers. Operations director Gary Fitzpatrick commented: ?Noho has great appeal, while I feel that Soho is no longer the media heartland it once was.'
