Clerkenwell Films drama will air later this year
The End of the F***ing World and Misfits producer Clerkenwell Films’ drama tells the story of an 18 year-old boy who has been isolated his whole life until he is introduced to our world for the first time.
The 8 x 30-minute series was penned by writer Pete Jackson, who was responsible for Sky Arts’ Urban Myth: Princess Diana, Freddie & Kenny – One Normal Night. It stars Lewis Gribben, Samuel Bottomley, Lisa McGrillis and Rory Keenan.
It was ordered by head of drama Caroline Hollick with former commissioning editor Lee Mason. Clerkenwell’s Murray Ferguson, Petra Fried and Emily Harrison exec producing, with BBC Studios distributing.
The series will air on Channel 4 later this year.
