Brief Create titles that place the BBC drama in the 1950s and link it to the memoirs of Jennifer Worth.

How it was done The titles are a sequence of contemporary images of the London Docklands in the 1950s, blended with transitions made with the text from Jennifer Worth’s manuscripts, all pulled together in After Effects.

Design is by Paul McDonnell, with art direction by Hugo Moss.
