This year’s trade show will see a host of UK debuts and unveilings. We’ve picked the cream of the crop.
Canon EOS C300
The C300, which is Canon’s attempt to build on the popularity of the video capabilities of its large-sensor 5D MkII SLR device, will be on show. PL Mount and EF Mount models of the camera will be displayed for the first time in the UK at BVE.

Sony F65
The Earls Court exhibition centre will be the setting for the first public showing in the UK of Sony’s new F65, which has just started shipping to UK dealers. The latest addition to Sony’s CineAlta camera range features an 8K CMOS sensor that can shoot up to 120Fps.

Pyser SGI
Pyser SGI’s stand will be the venue for the first UK demonstrations of a range of TVLogic broadcast LCD monitors, including the XVM-325W 32” 10 bit HD LCD reference monitor.

JVC 4K camcorder
JVC will launch the world’s first handheld 4K camcorder at BVE. The GY-HMQ10, which was on show as a concept model at IBC last year, has a list price of £5,090 and is expected to ship in March.

Camera Corps Q Ball Pre-set
Camera Corps is launching its Q-Ball Pre-Set compact remotely controlled pan/tilt/zoom HD/SD camera at the Earls Court show. Each Q-Ball Pre-Set can store up to 18 system configurations within each head so they are retained after a system is powered down.
